Debut Exhibition (Efie Gallery)

Efiɛ Gallery is a new contemporary art gallery located in Dubai which specialises in the promotion of African artists from within the continent and the diaspora, with a focus on West African art. Its debut exhibition, taking place at a specially designed pavilion at the Burj Plaza by Emaar, is grounded in the sentiment of celebrating connections. The exhibition features four installations by El Anatsui. Other participating artists include James Barnor , Maggie Otieno, Isshaq Ismail, Yaw Owusu, Betty Acquah, Alice Asafu-Adjaye, Chrissa Amuah, Larry Otoo, Kobi Mintah, Slawn, Kojo Dwimoh, Theresah Ankomah, Negyem Adonoo, Alpha Odhiambo, Amine Allah Manai, Gbemileke Adekunle, Deryk Owusu-Bempah, Alex Isokrari and Kwaku Yaro.
