First Look: Recent Acquisitions & Rarely Seen Gems

This is the fifth year since the opening of MW Gallery in downtown Flint, Michigan. In celebration of this anniversary a star-studded exhibit, First Look: Recent Acquisitions and Rarely Seen Gems, that showcases some of the Mott-Warsh Collection’s latest acquisitions alongside other older and rarely shown works from the collection, is on display. Participating artists include Bisa Butler, Hugh Hayden, Rozeal, Simone Leigh, Amy Sherald, Renee Cox, Leonardo Drew, Kerry James Marshall, Maren Hassinger, Howardena Pindell, El Anatsui, Jack Whitten and more.
