One of two displays exploring Liverpool's history as a port city

Journeys Through the Collection is a two part display at Tate Liverpool showcasing the city’s maritime history. The Port and Migrations, which features El Anatsui’s “Ink Splash”, considers how the movement of people and ideas is central to Liverpool’s history and identity, and the city’s relationship to the wider world. You can also expect to see works by Anish Kapoor, Sonia Boyce, Chen Zhen, Ellen Gallagher, György Kepes and Piet Mondrian and more at this display.
