Museo Nazionale Delle Arti Del XXI Secolo (MAXXI) presents a five chapter exhibition titled, African Metropolis: An Imaginary City, which reflects on the on-going social and cultural transformations on the African continent. Exhibiting alongside El Anatsui will be Bili Bidjocka, Meschac Gaba, Hassan Hajjaj, Youssef Limoud, Alex Mawimbi, James Webb and many more.
